How to order
You may contact MTC directly or your local sales representative is standing
by to give you all information and assistance for products listed inside
or outside our catalog. We also can provide details of the latest price,
ordering procedure, service and delivery information and application engineering
data. Your order and other inquiry may be sent directly by fax or our e-mail
address. When you send your purchase order, please, always include your
purchase order number, model or part number (if known) type of connectors
(male or female), ferquency and spec of product, quantity, delivery date
required, ship to, ship via, freight account number, etc. We will reconfirm
your purchase order by return order acknowledgement within two working days.
When ordering non-standard units, list all information and specifications
on your P.O. If possible, the P.O. should reference a quotation correspondence
of some kind. If a specific model number has not been assigned, we will
do so upon order entry. order should be sent to our headquater facility.

Quotation and Prices
Written quotation is available on inside or outside catalog items; all quotations are valid for
60 days from date of issue, unless otherwise noted. Prices quoted are F.O.B. seller's plant.
Prices on the published price list are subject to change without notice.
Terms of Payments
All sales are subject to net 30 days from date of invoice, FOB, Bangkok, Thailand unless
specifically agreed to otherwise in writing. If satistisfactory credit has not been established, MTC
reserves the right to ship prepaid or upon receipt of payment in advance. All payment can be
transferred by T/T into our bank name ; Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, Bangkapi Branch,
Account number 105 3 13957 0.
Product Spec
MTC reserves the right to change specifications, model, or designs without prior notice and
without reliability. For such changes, please verify correctness by contacting MTC directly.
Shipping instructions
Shipments are made using the carrier and means specified by customer on his/her purchase
order. When not specified by the customer, MTC will specify the carrier to be used which
normally are UPS and Federal Express.
All shipments will be made freight collect, unless otherwise specifically agreed to.
Warranty
MTC warrants that the components to be delivered shall, at the time of delivery, be free from
defects in material and workmanship. MTC obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or
replacement of the defective parts; all freight cost to and from MTC plant will be paid by the
buyer. This warranty shall remain in effect for the period of one year from the date of shipment.
MTC shall have no liability for special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from
improper use, negligence or accident; complete or partial disassembly of the components will
void this warranty.
