Over the past 10 years the company has made many improvements and changes in personnel and productivity. We have increased number of employees to meet the increasing workload and management level especially in key positions. MTC welcomes 2nd generation heirs Mr Chatchai and Mr Cholachart to speed up efficiency in our production.
In term of improving the quality of products and services. We have introduced “ KPI “ to identify problems and customer needs at every stage of production.
In term of raw materials, we have stocked up to keep up our production planning quickly. However due to the current rare earth problems, prices and timing may change. Therefore to get real prices, customers are asked for advance pricing to prevent misjudgment.
