How to order
Customers may place orders directly with MTC by contacting us through the information provided on our Contact Us page. MTC can provide the latest pricing, ordering procedures, delivery schedules, service information, and application engineering support for both standard and custom products.

MTC will confirm receipt of your purchase order with an order acknowledgment within two working days.
For non-standard or custom products, please provide complete specifications and all relevant technical information with your purchase order. If available, please reference any quotation or prior correspondence. If a model number has not yet been assigned, MTC will provide one during order processing.
Quotation and Prices
Written quotations are available for both standard catalog products and custom items. Unless otherwise stated, all quotations are valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
All prices are quoted F.O.B. seller's plant. Pricing and product specifications may change based on material costs and product updates. Please contact MTC to confirm the latest pricing, specifications, and availability before placing an order.
Terms of Payments
All sales are subject to Net 30 days from the date of invoice, F.O.B. Bangkok, Thailand, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. If satisfactory credit terms have not been established, MTC reserves the right to require advance payment or ship orders on a prepaid basis.

Product Specifications
Product specifications, configurations, and performance requirements will be reviewed and confirmed during the quotation process and finalized upon purchase order confirmation. After order confirmation, specifications cannot be changed unless mutually agreed upon by both MTC and the customer.
Shipping Instructions
Shipments will be arranged according to the carrier and shipping method specified by the customer on the purchase order. If no shipping instructions are provided, MTC will select an appropriate carrier, typically UPS or FedEx.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipping charges shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty
MTC warrants that all products delivered are free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of shipment. If any product is found to be defective or out of specification within the warranty period due to manufacturing defects or workmanship, MTC will repair or replace the unit free of charge, including shipping costs related to the warranty service.
This warranty is valid for one year from the date of shipment. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, negligence, accidents, unauthorized modification, or misuse of the product. In such cases, repair and shipping costs shall be the responsibility of the customer. Any complete or partial disassembly of the product without MTC authorization will void the warranty.
